The British autocar magazine is the oldest magazine on autos that exists today. It was first published back in 1895, founded by Harry Lawson. A journalist, by the name of James May, was let go as a writer. May’s was fired in 1992 because some of the readers thought finding the hidden letters was a competition, and that they were going to win a prize after putting together the message itself.
